Refunds
If any of our goods fail to meet your purchase expectations, you can return it to us for a full refund within 28-days (from the order date), providing the goods are returned in a resaleable condition and in their original packaging. Items received after 28-days will be managed on a case-by-case basis, subject to our internal checks surrounding the returned goods’ being of satisfactory standard for re-sale. We cannot accept or manage any exchange requests right now. Apologies.
If goods received are damaged, shipping costs and return costs will be covered by us, but this is the only time/circumstance we will refund shipping costs and cover returns postage.
Returns are at the purchaser’s expense and via a supplier of your choice, however, we cannot accept any liability for the manner in which items returned to us (so please choose wisely). If you are shipping an item over £20 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will notify you as soon as we receive your return.
